Do I need to know what I want before we start?
Not at all! That’s what the discovery process is for. I’ll guide you through mood boards, strategy, and design directions so we land on something that feels right for you and your audience.
I already have a logo. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely! We can refine your existing logo and build out a full identity system around it so everything feels cohesive and polished.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes at least 2 rounds of refinements to make sure everything feels just right.
Will I get my logo in different formats for web/print?
Definitely. You’ll receive all the files you need for both digital and print use — including high-resolution and web-friendly versions in a variety of file types (like PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector). That way, you’re covered whether you’re updating your website, printing signage, or anything in between.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — I ask for 50% upfront and 50% when the project is finished. If you need a different setup, let’s chat.
What if I need help after the project is done?
I offer ongoing design support and can create additional materials as your business grows.
Do you design websites/social media too?
Yes! In addition to brand identity, I also offer website design and social media packages. Many clients bundle these together so their brand feels seamless across every platform.
